Best Ways to Store the Cat Litter Scoop

Want the best ways to store the cat litter scoop? I used to just lay it on top of the box or lean it against the wall, but it was ugly, smelly, and messy. Litter stuck to the tines and ended up everywhere. It was convenient, but it wasn’t clean and looked dirty.

After I had to move my cat’s pan to an upstairs bathroom I went in search of a holder for a cat litter box scoop. I wouldn’t leave the bowl brush on the back of the toilet or on the floor, and I didn’t want to leave the litterbox scoop out.

One of the Best Ways to Store the Cat Litter Scoop

Not just any container will do when you need a sanitary way to store a cat litter scoop. I used a plastic bag for a while, but it wasn’t much better. In some ways, it was worse!

I wasn’t going to hang it on the wall or the side of the box either. It’s NOT a decorative item, but it could look a whole lot better!

It was bad enough that I had to keep the litter box in the bathroom. I really needed a heavy-duty container to hold the litterbox scoop, and I found one offered by CatGuru.

It Serves Double Duty as a Storage Space and Towel Rack

I was able to move the cat litterbox out of the bathroom after buying a cat washroom. It looked phenomenal in the bedroom and served as a window seat for my big black and white Tomcat.

I topped it with a thick comfy cushion with the litterbox inside. It was a fantastic way to hide a cat litterbox in a bathroom or anywhere else! I stored the sifter in the cat litter scoop holder alongside.
